Small batch hot pepper jelly made with ingredients from our garden.  This is a pectinless jelly as we extract pectin from the apples from our orchard.  This pectin is what is used to thicken the jelly.  With hot pepper for spice and colour this jelly is great on crackers, as part of a charcuterie or warmed up in the over over a wheel of brie. 


Ingredients: wolf river apples, white sugar, Hungarian hot peppers, water, green onion
