Small batch pickled garlic scapes are a delicious addition to an egg salad sandwich, a charcuterie, in a salad or just as a snack from the jar.  The garlic scapes are the flower bud of the garlic plant and ar harvest from our garlic. They are then pickled and can be enjoyed all year. 
 
Ingredients: garlic scapes, white vinegar, water, salt
